Refund & Return Policy

Aldrich Dynamics LLC offers a 30-day return policy. Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, installation, modification, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Made-to-Order & Special Order Items

Made-to-order, custom, or special-order products (including, but not limited to, nylon armor carriers, pouches, or customer-specified configurations) are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable shipping costs

Certain custom items may be non-returnable depending on manufacturer policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at Support@aldrichdynamics.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene products ( After Use )

  • Clearance or sale items

If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

To obtain a replacement item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Aldrich Dynamics LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to align with manufacturer requirements, contractual obligations, or government procurement regulations.
